Currently The Mustard is being used in these wonderful Restaurants:
Solace & the Moonlight Lounge in Encinitas. The second of Matt Gordon’s amazing San Diego Restaurants, Solace & the Moonlight Lounge is totally rad. Matt’s take on food is right up our alley – use the best available ingredients to make real food. We’ve never had a bad meal at Urban Solace (his other restaurant), and we can’t imagine that his new joint will ever disappoint. Matt is serving the Hong Kong Habanero alongside his artisan meat plate.
Craft & Commerce: For those of you who have yet to set foot in this turbo-cool spot, you are missing out. The last time we were in, the bartender constructed an incredible drink from scratch – Cocchi Americano, grapefruit juice, a splash of champagne, and then sprayed an orange peel over the top. After riding bikes around the city it was quite the refreshing drink! Sorry, I got distracted. We were talking about mustard. Craig has been offering the Hong Kong Habanero as an extra for sandwiches and will be serving it on their cheese and cured meat platter.
Daily Dose: Located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, this tucked away “sandwich shop” cranks out all sorts of amazing deliciousness from their tiny kitchen. Sarkis and his team make incredible dishes for breakfast and lunch. The Hong Kong Habanero is prominently featured on the THVM sandwich: Salami Gentile, Habanero Mustard, House Pickles, Midnight Moon Baguette. Plus you get to enjoy it in their ridiculously cool curved brick alleyway!
SOL Markets Bistro: If you haven’t been here, it’s time to stop whatever you are doing and mosey on down to Liberty Station and check out the amazing place Jerry, Vince and their team have put together. “Seasonal, Organic and Local” are not just marketing terms thrown around – they truly live that philosophy. It’s awesome to see all the products from our farmers market friends available in this shop. And now they have a bistro and bar! Brandon Brooks is creating all sorts of amazing dishes, some using The Mustards!
